    I understand the confusion about the apparently conflicting answers. 

    As far as we know, the OnePlus 10 Pro will work with Verizon.

    This device does not have a warranty as it is not the USA model. However, we do offer a 30 day returns period in case it arrives with any issues.

  • I don't get 5G service from T Mobile with this phone. I am using Android 12. The sticker on back of phone says NE2210 but the status says NE2215.

    Please note that T-mobile may need to change the APN settings in order to connect to 5G. 

    If 5G still doesn't work on your OnePlus 10 Pro, then the 5G bands on your phone may not match T-mobile's 5G bands.

Why are Unlocked phones better than Locked phones?
