item good, shipment delayed, promo was next day but got the order after 2 days

I'm sorry about the next day delivery promise. We used USPS's fastest delivery service called Express and they used to guarantee that the package would be delivered by 12:00 pm the following day but apparently they're no longer keeping their promises.
