I bought this for my daughters birthday, in March. She waited to switch sim cards until her other phone started giving more problems (which is now Aug.) The ph. is supposed to be UNLOCKED & compatible w/Spectrum, however, Spectrum says it's NOT an eligible ph. & cannot be used.
