Description

The Samsung Odyssey G70B is a high-performance 28-inch gaming monitor designed to deliver sharp 4K visuals paired with fast, fluid motion. Built around an IPS panel with 3840 × 2160 resolution and a blazing 144 Hz refresh rate, it brings lifelike clarity and smooth responsiveness to both games and video content. With a mere 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, it’s optimized for action-intensive scenes, helping to reduce blur and ghosting for an immersive experience.

Visually, the G70B offers rich color accuracy with support for 10-bit depth (1.07 billion colors) and coverage of 90% of the DCI-P3 color space. It also includes VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, so you'll see more vibrant highlights and stronger contrast. Features like Adaptive Picture automatically adjust screen brightness and color based on ambient light and on-screen activity, ensuring consistently well-balanced visuals.

On the gaming front, this model supports both NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, which synchronizes the monitor’s refresh rate with compatible graphics cards to virtually eliminate screen tearing and stuttering. The Samsung Gaming Hub gives you direct access to cloud gaming and streaming apps without needing a PC or console, and built-in USB ports allow you to connect accessories like keyboards or gamepads straight to the monitor.

For comfort and aesthetics, the monitor comes with a fully adjustable ergonomic stand—allowing height adjustments, tilt, swivel, and even pivot into portrait orientation—so it's adaptable to any setup. Complementing this is ambient Core RGB lighting on the rear, with Samsung’s CoreSync tech syncs lighting with on-screen action to enhance immersion. The monitor even includes a remote control for navigating streaming apps and changing settings without needing to use the PC.

Why are Unlocked phones better than Locked phones?

Whenever you are in the market to purchase a phone, you have a choice: do you buy an unlocked phone or a locked phone?

The answer is simple: Always go with an unlocked phone. Unlocked phones are better for several reasons:

  1. They are usually less expensive than a locked phone. Locked phones are typically sold by carriers (i.e. AT&T, Verizon etc) and they sell them for significantly more than what you'll find at Wireless Place.

  2. Unlocked phones can be used on almost any carrier anywhere in the world. You can take your phone with you when you travel abroad and just insert your SIM card into your unlocked phone. Begin using your phone via text, calls, data.

  3. Flexibility to switch carriers. If you find out that a phone carrier is going to give you a better price than the current carrier you're using, go ahead and switch. Simply insert the new SIM card into your unlocked phone and begin using it.
