Nova 7 SE 5G Lohas Edition Packs with new Kirin 820E Chipset
The Chinese manufacturers added a new model in their Nova series with a new chipset. Huawei launched a new smartphone - Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition in China with new Kirin 820E SoC. The new processor is a toned-down version of the Kirin 820G processor, integrated with 5G network support.
Recently, in October, the company launched its latest Nova 7 SE 5G Youth. The difference between the smartphone is that its processor is toned down as compared to the original variant. The recent ban on Huawei that restricts it from using American technology will surely affect their flagship smartphones market for a short interval of time. However, the company has a huge stock of mid-range processor chips, and with the launch of this new chipset, the company hit the road in China.
Last year, Huawei launched Nova 7 SE 5G and the Nova SE 5G Vitality Edition with Kirin 820G processor. When it comes to differentiating between the two smartphones LOHAS and Vitality Edition, the new chip Kirin 820E SoC separates the two phones. Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition launched with a different chipset, but the remaining features are identical to the earlier launched smartphone.
The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition has a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD punch-hole display. The display supports a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The new Kirin 820E processor is built on a 7 nm process. The processor has a Hexa-core including 3 x Cortex-A76 core clocked at 2.2 GHz and 2 x Cortex-A55 core clocked at 1.84 GHz. With 8GB RAM and Mali-G57 GPU, the users are going to have a lag-free gaming experience.
The smartphone is introduced with a storage option of 128 GB, and there is also an option of storage enhancement with a microSD card. With microSD, you can expand the storage up to 256 GB. Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition is equipped with 8GB RAM and will run on Android 10 OS and EMUI 10.1 interface.
Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition has 16-megapixel with an f/2.0 aperture front-facing camera for clicking selfies and making video calls. The rear-facing camera has a quad-camera setup, 64-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, an ultrawide lens of 8-megapixel with an f/2.4 aperture, depth sensor camera of 2-megapixel with f/2.4 aperture, and a macro camera of 2-megapixel with f/2.4 aperture. The smartphone supports a digital zoom of up to 10x.
In addition to 5G network support, the smartphone offers dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and 4,000 mAh with a 40W charger with quick charger assist. The smartphone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
