Description

The Idea Tab Pro offers a commanding visual canvas with its 12.7‑inch LTPS display delivering a true “3K” resolution of 2944 × 1840 pixels. With an aspect ratio of 16:10, anti‑glare treatment, and brightness around 400 nits, this screen is designed for immersive productivity, media consumption, and creative work. It supports high refresh (up to 144 Hz in some regions) for smooth scrolling and responsive interaction.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 octa‑core chipset, configured with one Cortex‑A715 core at 3.35 GHz, three Cortex‑A715 cores at 3.2 GHz, and four Cortex‑A510 cores at 2.2 GHz. This is paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5x memory (soldered) and 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage in the base variant, and a microSD card slot supporting expansion up to 1 TB. Storage and RAM options have been reported to go higher (e.g., 12 GB RAM / UFS 4.0 storage) in certain markets.

Connectivity and build are also noteworthy. The Idea Tab Pro supports Wi‑Fi 6E (802.11ax, 2×2), Bluetooth 5.3, and includes a USB‑C port (USB 3.2 Gen 1 / up to 5 Gbps) which supports charging, audio, and DisplayPort output. The body is impressively thin at approximately 6.9 mm and weighs around 620 g, making it quite portable for a 12‑inch class tablet. For audio, Lenovo equips the device with quad JBL‑tuned speakers and Dolby Atmos support, delivering richer sound than typical tablets.

On the software side, the Idea Tab Pro ships with Android 14 (or later) and is positioned to handle modern workflows — from streaming and multitasking to note‑taking and light creative work. With a large, high‑quality display, powerful internals, solid connectivity, and premium audio, it’s built for users who need more than a basic tablet: whether that’s for productivity, content consumption, or creative play

Ask a Question

Why are Unlocked phones better than Locked phones?

Whenever you are in the market to purchase a phone, you have a choice: do you buy an unlocked phone or a locked phone?

The answer is simple: Always go with an unlocked phone. Unlocked phones are better for several reasons:

  1. They are usually less expensive than a locked phone. Locked phones are typically sold by carriers (i.e. AT&T, Verizon etc) and they sell them for significantly more than what you'll find at Wireless Place.

  2. Unlocked phones can be used on almost any carrier anywhere in the world. You can take your phone with you when you travel abroad and just insert your SIM card into your unlocked phone. Begin using your phone via text, calls, data.

  3. Flexibility to switch carriers. If you find out that a phone carrier is going to give you a better price than the current carrier you're using, go ahead and switch. Simply insert the new SIM card into your unlocked phone and begin using it.
