Thankfully, the products sent, arrived as described, and were shipped promptly. The pricing of the items (and unexpected included gift) make me hope that I can successfully order from this company again. (Note: I do wish that the items were packaged more securely in a box, instead of a padded envelope.... Some of the box corners for the phone showed signs of rough handling during shipping. Thankfully, the phone itself was fine and works properly.)
