You sent this phone with no SIM card. You sell this phone, yet it was not compatible with Visible Verizon. You told me in chat to buy a SIMcard from Best Buy which was also not compatible with Visible Verizon. I sent it back to you yesterday and paid $20.10 for FedX shipping. You need to be more specific about what you're selling.
